Mitchelton Pre-Schooling Centre Inc. is licensed by the Office for Early Childhood Education and Care under the Child Care Act 2002 and Child Care Regulation 2003. The centre must meet the requirements about activities, experiences and programs, numbers of staff members and children, and staff members qualifications according to the legislation. Documents including attendance sheets, initial information forms and accident forms are kept for the required length of time specified in the Act.
